This weekend was full of friends and family. I didn't get pictures of what I'm quite sure Olivia would call the second-best best part of the weekend- seeing Indiana Jones. Swimming at Michael and Gabby's house for sure was the best part of the long weekend. The kids were out of school on Friday AND Monday, so we got an early taste of summer...sleeping in, seeing movies, and lots of swimming.
While we were at the Jorgensen's on Monday, Erin stayed with Mimi and Papa. It was her naptime, but she quickly discovered that there was way too much fun to be had and decided she didn't need a nap. That was the whole reason she stayed with them. Oh well. Madi and Hannah were there, so she had lots of entertainment and excitement. Erin loves kids. She's the best little girl when it comes to going out to eat and shopping. As long as there are people to watch, she's content. Mimi bought her a MagnaDoodle. Someone at church had one and Erin thought it was pretty cool. Drawing is her new favorite thing. Don't give her a pen/pencil/crayon without watching her every move.
Now the part where we went to the Jorgensen's home. Olivia swam for about three hours straight, which is her idea of the perfect day. Especially swimming with all of the other kids.
